Terms & Conditions

We know it's tempting to skip these Terms of Service, but it's important to establish what you can expect from us as you use Dus Events services, and what we expect from you.

RESERVATION / CANCELLATIONS / REFUND POLICY

Advance payment of NPR 50,000.00/-(Fifty Thousand Only) required to conform your event hold the event date.

The Second instalment is to be paid before the event.

The remaining amount will be settled on the day of the event.

Cancellations before 2.5 months- Refundable.

Cancellations before 1.5 months- Adjustable or amount will be transferred for the next event.

Cancellations before 20 days or last-minute cancellations, the deposited amount will not be refunded.

Dus Reception reserved the right to cancel the booking forth and without liability unexpired in the event of damage or destructions to the venue by natural/unnatural cause, any shortage of labour or food supplies in the scenario reserved the right to make alternative arrangements or cancel the booking and receive a full refund.

BESIDES YOUR NORMAL PACKAGE, ANY UPGRADES OR ADDITIONAL FACILITIES ARE SUBJECT TO EXTRA CHARGES, SUCH AS:

DJ (IN HOUSE) - NPR 2,500.00/- till sharp 9 pm.

Flower decorations and props-as per florist price.

Extra additional furniture and stage adjustments.

DINNING TIMING:

Cocktail Snacks 2.5 hours

Buffet Lunch or Dinner- Lunch till 2:30 pm and Dinner till 10:00 pm.

Kitchen Closes Lunch Kitchen at 01:30 pm and Dinner Kitchen at 9:30 pm.

Drinks/Beverages:

No corkage charges.

All beverages are subjective to the client directly.

The bar will close sharp at 9:00 pm.

Booking will be cancelled automatically if there is no response or confirmation from the client's side within 48 hours.

On the Client payment default the transaction and events would be cancelled on mutual understanding.

The management does not accept any post-dated cheques.

Dus Reception does not accept responsibility for loss from or damage to vehicles of any kind or any property loss or damage to the client.

Event rates from telephonic conversations/outside the venue are subject to changes without prior notice.

The client shall indemnify Dus Reception for any loss from or damage to its properties therein caused by the default of the guest/the persons liable. The client shall reimburse the amount as required for damage caused.
